We took our traditional family Droëwors recipe — the one y’all know and love for its juicy, tender bite and authentic South African flavor — and turned up the attitude just a notch.

By adding a bold trio of smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and red chili flakes, we gave our Droëwors a little kick that dances on your tongue without knockin’ you flat.

"I'm not really into the sweet and moist commercial jerky that floods the market shelves so when i discovered Howdy I was pleasantly surprised! I love the "dryness" and its not your typical beef stick that is some type of dense mush in a skin. It has a good beefy texture to it. I also like the heat level of Droewor's . I typically eat hotter jerky but this was perfect just enough spice/heat! The flavor is also very unique in a good way, kinda sophisticated! You can tell they are serious about their Biltong! I'll be ordering the chilibites next! thanks Howdy!"
